This leaves us with some hard questions
to answer.
If all Christians have the
Bible as their sacred text, it would seem to follow that the days which are observed should be those
found in the Bible
rather than days created in honor of pagan deities.
It would also seem
wise to not ONLY look into our observances, but also some of the basic themes
and beliefs that developed early in Christian history. If Christian
holidays come from paganism, where do basic beliefs like salvation come from?
