[their] ears, and should understand with [their] heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them."

Who is God talking to Isaiah about?  And why wouldn't God want to heal these people?  This is the nation of Israel that God would punish by taking away the knowledge of who they were till the end of the age. The first century simply was NOT THE TIME for the Lost Tribes to remember and return, but it was necessary to set up a mechanism for the return when that time arrived.

So, who are the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel and when will they return?
